By scheduling or attending a showing, you agree to the following terms:
Scheduled Showings Are Expected to Be Attended
If you schedule a showing, we expect you to show up at the scheduled time.
Please Communicate After the Showing
After the showing, we ask that you get back to us with your thoughts, whether or not you want to move forward.
Transparency Is Important
If the property is not the right fit, we may be able to work with you on other options, but we need clear and honest communication.
Enter at Your Own Risk
You enter and view the property at your own risk.
No Responsibility for Incidents
AnchorPoint Property Management, the property owner, landlord, and any related parties are not responsible in any way for anything that happens on the property.
Showings Do Not Hold the Property
Scheduling or attending a showing does not reserve or hold the property for anyone.
Apply Quickly If Interested
If you like the property, we suggest that you apply and complete the process as soon as possible in order to have the best chance of getting it.
